Grubs up!

We like to cook and we like to eat. We want to share this with our family, friends and anyone else who shares this passion!  This blog probably won’t be pretty, it probably won’t be the best blog you ever read, but it will be about food, food and more food, cooking, baking, eating, ranting and rambling about food.  So if that sounds like your cup of tea, follow us and let us know what you think!

  1. This is my kind of site. GREAT GREAT food and quick. With the calories in this food I will only try one evry two weeks and have to share a lot but your’e right on the button with this stuff. I can’t wait to start cooking and I look forward to reading more. Just looking and reading about it all makes me feel in love with life travel and food.

  2. Hi,
Have just read your article on Jamies 30 minute meals. I have this book and totally agree with you! I have often got out this book with the idea of finding a quick but tasty, nutricious meal when short of time but find I resort to one of his other books or something totally different. This is because as you say the recipes are so difficult to follow, he uses short cuts that I would rather not take, my chopping skills are not so fast and I have to buy so many different ingredients for one meal. However having said and agreed with all you say, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited my parents and sat down to a Jamie 30 minute dinner instead of sausage and mash!! No offence Mum and Dad but that meal really was delicious! They also now have a patio full of fresh herbs-inspired by Jamie! For eightyish olds it has been an inspiration!
